A Customer can file a return up to thirty (30) days from the time they receive their item/s. Once filed and successfully approved, the customer must return the item to any branch of the SM Store within seven (7) days of filing. Otherwise a new return must be created on the system and
A Customer can only return an item if it falls under any of the following categories:
a. Damaged Item
b. Defective / Malfunctioning Item
c. Item delivered was not as advertised
d. Icomplete Item
e. Item is the wrong size or does not fit
Customer must ensure all item/s returned are in their original packaging and with complete accessories and unused, especially for clothing items.
As per our policy, we do not allow return of intimate apparel.
Step 1: Customer needs to log-in to the site and identifies the order and item/s that the customer would like to return to SM Store.
Step 2: Customer will need to print out a copy of their Returns Form with the returns authorization number. If you need help with this, please see the detailed instructions HERE.
Step 3: Bring this and the item/s included in the return to any SM Store branch. You may visit our Store Locator to find the nearest branch to you. Please make sure all accessories and components are returned to us as well or SM Store will not honor your return at the counter.
Step 4: Visit the Customer Service counter for proper checking of the item/s and validation of Returns Form.
Step 5: If the item/s and Returns Form are valid, the Customer Service Representative will provide a Credit Voucher for the customer to use in our store.
