GENERAL MECHANICS

• Promo period is from August 27–29, 2021. Placing of orders through the hotline/FB Messenger is from 9:00PM–12:00MN, while confirmation of orders is from August 28, 9:00AM, until August 30, 4:00PM. 
• Orders must be routed through the following channels only: #143SM Hotline, The SM Store Facebook Messenger, or The SM Store Viber Bot. Orders placed directly via personal shoppers' mobile numbers or Facebook accounts are not qualified for the 20% discount. 
• Customer must place their orders from 9:00PM–12:00MN starting August 27 until 29 to receive their 20% discount.
• Orders will be confirmed the next day by a Personal Shopper and the 20% discount will be applied upon checkout / completion of order. 
• This promo is not in conjunction with other SBU promos. 

REDEMPTION OF THE 20% DISCOUNT

• Customer can only redeem the discount once per day. 
• There’s no minimum purchase required but the 20% discount is capped at P500 per transaction. Splitting of transaction will be strictly prohibited. 
• Redemption period of the discount is from August 28 to 30, 2021 only. 
• Computation of purchase requirement shall include all items except purchases of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert tickets and other customer service products. 
• Standard discount exclusions apply.
